Lamb  Chops ala Danutella

Today I will be working with lamb chops, accompanied by asparagus and baby potatoes.  I would like to specially recognize ASPARAGUS as it is a great source of vitamins B, K & C, also great source of Iron, Manganese, Potassium & Zinc.

Prep Time: 15-20 min

Cook Time: 30–45min

LAMB CHOPS: I marinate my lamb chops with balsamic vinegar, olive oil or safflower oil, garlic, cayenne pepper, tumeric and little bit of salt. 

ASPARAGUS & BABY POTATOES: Drizzle with coconut oil, salt, pepper & garlic.

TIPS:  1) For more tender meat marinate your chops overnight. 2) You can boil your potatoes day before or earlier in the day for for about 10min for faster grilling.
